Eventus Business Centre
The Eventus centre, owned by Lincolnshire County Council, is a serviced office complex that houses 34 businesses and more than 100 virtual tenants. The centre provides employment for more than 250 local people.
Situated at the eastern end of the Northfields industrial estate, off the A15, on the A1175, Eventus offers office space to small to mid-sized businesses with offices ranging from 215 square feet upwards.
The smaller offices are suitable for one to two people and cost less than £100 a week*. The largest office can accommodate more than 50 staff. The centre is very popular and is currently running at or near capacity. It operates a waiting list so interested firms can find out as and when offices become available.
The centre is one of Lincolnshire County Councils economic success stories. Since its opening in 2009 it has seen many businesses establish themselves and go on to huge success. The facilities are bright, modern, and extremely well kept.
They give smaller companies the chance to present themselves in a truly professional manner, through its staffed reception area, postal and call answering facilities. Tenants also enjoy 24/7 access to the building, fibre broadband, ample free car parking, secure cycle shelter and the use of on-site showers.
As well as the office suites, Eventus offers an excellent Café. The Oasis Café is open to the general public as well as for tenants. There are four meeting rooms available to hire which can cater for intimate meetings for two people, right up to conferences of 50 to 60 delegates.
